“Open That Bottle Night”

Did you know that Open That Bottle Night (OTBN) is tomorrow night, February 28, 2009. It was started in 2000, by two distinguished Wall Street Journal wine writers/critics, Dorothy J. Gaiter and John Brecher. Once a year they have encouraged us all to pop open our favorite wine and indulge.
Not sure which wine to choose, whether it be a red or white; or even how to choose a bottle of wine. Check here for a few suggestions. If you don’t want to drink alone attend one of the many Open That Bottle Events around the country. You can even join a live Twitter Taste Live in the own comfort of your home.
So this message goes out to all the couples, friends, and groups out there who want to get together and have an excuse to open their favorite wine.
