Varasano’s Pizzeria Opening in Atlanta

According to owner Jeff Varasano, Varasano’s Pizzeria will be opening in Atlanta on Wednesday, March 25th…. that’s tomorrow guys.
Varasano says, “This pizza is modeled after Patsy’s on 117th street in NYC. I have been working on this for SIX years, but FINALLY I can report that I have achieved my goal.”
Jeff recalls the reason for him opening up his own pizzeria was due to wanting to re-create his favorite pizza from Patsy’s. Taking him six years and many many attempts, he achieved the perfect pizza recipe. He achieved pizza perfection due to cutting off the lock mechanism on his oven and cooking his pizzas during the self-clean cycle.
