What do u get if you mix about 100 eggs, more than 17 pints of milk, 11pounds of flour and 6.6 pounds of butter, Can you guess?

Well, you get a pancake tower at 29.5 inches (75cm) a 672-pancake stack that took 22 hours to build.  The constructers of this monstrosity were chef’s Sean McGinlay and Natalie King of Glasgow of the Hilton Grosvenor hotel in Scotland.  This record beat out the standing at 29.1in (74cm), achieved in Slovenia in August 2008, according to the Guinness World Records.

“According to the hotel’s general manager Stuart Nelson: ‘It was a bit shaky towards the end but somehow we managed to pull it off.”

Can you imagine facing 672 flapjacks, WOW! and just after National Pancake Day.  Sounds Amazing! 🙂
