Have you ever felt like your life was a working haze and you had no control over it????

Well that’s how I have felt in the last two weeks.  Although my life has been going at 190 miles an hour it has been an amazing beginning for my catering company Crêpe Royale, which has made it’s way inside the Orlando Magic’s Amway Arena.  It has been a HUGE deal and I am so proud of how far we have come.  Though it is still brand new, it has been a whole lotta work, but what good things aren’t! 😉

I would like to just take a moment to apologize for neglecting all my incredible loyal readers.  I am so sorry that I have not been as current in my posts with all my yummy recipes.  I ask that you just bear with me as I try to juggle and come up with a schedule that can work with both.  In the meantime I hope you accept my apology and enjoy this fabulous S’mores Sundae…. 😀

Smore Sundae

It’s the perfect kid-friendly dessert that will bring smiles to all boys and girls around town.

S'more Sundae

Enjoy!

I decide that I wanted to make a special dessert for my kids the other night and part of the recipe called for hot fudge sauce.  Well I defintely didnt want to buy the store bought kinds so I said… “What the heck… I’ll just make my own!”

Let’s just say that you won’t be disappointed at all.  Especially when you find all the wonderful things you can dip in this sauce.

Mmmmmmm I’m drooling just thinking about it!

Mini Maple Chocolate Chip Pancake Muffins

Have you ever wanted a simple recipe that you can just put together and be done baking in less than 30 minutes.  These mini pancake muffins were inspired by none other Bakerella herself.  Instead of sitting over a frying pan waiting to flip pancakes all you have to do is pour them in mini muffin tins… and voila Mini Maple Chocolate Chip Pancake Muffins.

You can dip them in maple syrup or just gobble them up alone…. either way there a tasty treat!

Nutella Brownie Surprise

Wow!  I feel as if my child is celebrating it’s FIRST birthday today!  That is what ThatsSoYummy has become to me, one of my offsprings.    Although I cannot brush its hair, feed it, change it or even drop it off at school, it is still my baby.

I can’t believe that just a year ago I was sitting in my little cubicle at work in Atlanta, pondering the idea of creating my own food blog.  At the time I was a little taken back when I was told that I should write and express my love for food and all things related.  It has been an amazing learning experience this past year… I have met and befriended some amazing bloggers out there, not just food related but family, business and etc., and I feel that there is somewhat an unspoken sanctuary out there in the blogosphere.  I am just so tickled pink that ThatsSoYummy has been able to be embraced amongst such incredible talented people.

I guess I would like to thank all of my readers for making ThatsSoYummy a place where all my hard work is appreciated and loved. Although it is still a work in progress I am so happy to be able to share with you all a little piece of me.

I hope you will continue to follow me on my culinary journey and then some.

So I leave you with a little chocolate overkill, my Nutella Brownie Surprise

To many more years of ThatsSoYummy! 🙂

(Step-by-step photos to come…)
