Honey Balsamic Lamb Chops

11 May 2009 In: Recipes

Honey Balsamic Lamb Chops

This recipe for lamb chops I think is definitely one of my favorite in my house.  It is so easy and quick that it will be ready in minutes, literally.  The chopped rosemary really gives the lamb chops a fresh flavor especially when sprinkled with salt and freshly ground black pepper, drizzled with olive oil…. you can’t beat that.

I think because lamb chops, when cooked properly, can be so tender and succulent you won’t stop eating them, so make sure you DO NOT over cook them, we don’t want dried out lamb… YUCK!

The combination of honey, garlic, and balsamic vinegar creates such a sweet and tangy sauce that combined with the lamb is pretty incredible.

(I think I’m making myself hungry… ohh ooooo!)

I don’t know if it is the sauce that just completes the grilling of the lamb but it really is DELICIOUS!!!

So start up your grill and lets start cookin!

I have never been one who dies over snacks, but occasionally there are some that I do need to have on a constant or semi-constant bases.  Now my family is a completely different case.  They LOVE snacking on cakes, brownies, cookies, chips, crackers, you name it they love it.

So I started making a list of which snacks I buy on a constant basis when i go grocery shopping for my family… here is what I came up with.

Let me know if you and your

family have the same

Being a mother is one of my greatest joys and accomplishments, so I love when this time of year comes around and families come together to celebrate the spirit of motherhood.

One of the best ways to honor your mother is by making Brunch for them.  Brunch, the combination of breakfast and lunch, is such a great mixture of yummy foods that can be brought together to eat on any occasion.

Show her how much you care by preparing a sumptuous meal that makes her feel truly pampered.

7 May 2009 In: Food Buzz

Everyone knows that KFC has come out with their “new” Kentucky Grilled Chicken that has hit stores nationwide.

In accordance to this new KFC creation, two days ago the legendary Oprah Winfrey offered her viewers a free coupon for KFC’s new grilled chicken, complete with sides and a biscuit. The promotion was a hit and took off, by the next day, Oprah’s KFC coupons were the fifth most popular search on Google.

The giveaway was so popular that it appears to have created an upheaval on grilled chicken, which ended up running out of chicken, at some of the fast food chain’s outlets, angering customers.
