 Food and Wine has finally released it this years Best New Chefs, an annual award event that is given to the nation’s upcoming rising chefs.

These cooks come from all around the country like New York to Memphis, Tennessee.

Previous winners have been the talented David Chang and Tom Colicchio. For these 10 new awarded chefs, we wish them the same prosperity as those before them.

Pudding, the classic American Dessert, is a sweetened milk mixture thickened with cornstarch, gelatin, eggs, rice or tapioca; then cooked to create a sweet, creamy dessert.  It contains NO eggs in it when prepared.  Pudding consists of sugar, milk, and a thickening agent such as cornstarch,  In cooking terminology it is referred to as a blancmange.

I can officially say ThatsSoYummy’s 1st Food and Wine Mixer was a success and that I along with all my guests enjoyed myself.

It was great to get together with other foodies, like myself, to discuss food and eat some delicious prepared dishes.
