In frittata’s you can add so many different ingredients, practically any vegetables or meats work beautifully in them.
For some of you, frittata might sound too fancy a word to say or even try to make, but the truth is that frittata’s are so easy and simple to make and they an be made for breakfast, lunch or dinner. If your ever in a bind and have no idea what to make for dinner, trust me frittata’s will save you.
Some common add-ins for frittatas are: potatoes, mushrooms, spinach, kale, bell peppers, leftover pasta, leftover rice, shredded chicken, beef, or pork bacon ham
