We bid adieu to one of the most notorious food magazines in the world, Gourmet!
I am sure that you all have heard by now that Conde Nast announced that they will be closing the deliciously easy to read print, Gourmet magazine this year. Due to budget cuts and severe decline in ad pages, Gourmet will be saying goodbye in their final issue this coming November.
This shock hits us all hard in the culinary world and especially for those who looked to Gourmet, for the past 68 years, as an embodiment of culinary masterpieces that included not only tell worthy recipes but beautiful pictures and innovative writing. Especially to Ruth Reichl and her devoted and incredibly talented staff all of the best to come!
Your work and contribution to the culinary world will be remembered and never forgotten.
Farewell Gourmet and Adieu, You will be deeply missed!
Sharing and demonstrating my Love for food and to showcase different meals I have come across either through word of mouth, research, or coming up on my own. Introducing a community for all types of people who have the same passion as me, Food.
