Banana Muffins with Brown-Sugar Cream Cheese Frosting… (geeshhhhhh) Now that’s a mouthful, try saying that 10 times!
Well after you try one of these babies you won’t be saying much at all except “Can I have another!” 🙂
These fresh baked little heaves are so delicious I made them for some mom’s at my daughter’s dance class and they just fell over.
I hope you do too…. Enjoy!
For the banana muffins all you need to do is follow my banana bread recipe and divide it between muffin tins, like this…
Then you pop them into the oven, for about 45 minutes or until they are cooked through, and watch as they miraculously grow into muffin heaven.
I know, it’s pretty cool to watch.
As the muffins are done, set them out to cool.
Now comes the fun part… now it’s frosting time! Â Not just any kind of frosting but Brown-Sugar Cream Cheese Frosting! Â It’s so exciting I can’t control myself. Â All you need is butter, brown sugar, of course, and cream cheese.
Do you see that beautiful creamy color, it’s very tempting to just stick your sticky fingers and scoop out a little of this delicious mixture…
Ok, well maybe I’ll let you have just a small wincy little taste.
Isn’t that good?!?
You betcha bottom it is!
Now it’s decision time…
You can either eat these babies sans frosting, which is still superb on their own….
OR…………………………..
You can lather it up on some Brown-Sugar Cream Cheese Frosting.
You decide!
You know which way I went 🙂
