These fabulous little boxes you see are the favors that I created to give all my guests for ThatsSoYummy’s 1st Food and Wine Mixer, this past Saturday.
They were such a HUGE hit, everyone loved them.
I knew I wanted each guests to go home with a little thankyou on behalf of ThatsSoYummy and for the thankyou to include an overview of what ThatsSoYummy is all about.
I knew I wanted to bake mini petite Banana Bread loaves and needed to find a way to wrap them. That led me to Michaels.
Oh how I love entering Michaels, its a craftshaven. 🙂
While I was browsing the aisles I came across these medium sized chinese boxes in assorted colors. I, however, didn’t know which color to go with at the time. I decided to go with the clear transparent chinese boxes.
So I had the boxes. I had the mini petite banana loaves. I ordered the notecards that had a brief description of ThatsSoYummy on them along with the famous “Banana Bread” recipe on them. All I needed to do now was put my vision together.
Here is the final results for my favor boxes. Hope you enjoyed them as much as I did making them 😉
I tied the notecard to the handle of the boxes with rapphia.
I then places colored cray paper in the bottom of the chinese boxes to give the banana bread loaves height so they were not sinking at the bottom of the box.
The guests LOVED them……. they really were SOOOOOO YUMMY!!!!! 😀
